Eun Hwan Gi (Yeon Woo-Jin) is the CEO of a public relations company, but he is extremely shy. Due to his personality, even his employees do not know him well.

Before I jump into my somethink,

I keep thinking that’s interesting. An introvert inherits PR agency from his rich dad, and become CEO. Looking at the exaggerated pitching from the beginning of the episode, that is something that an introvert can’t do it. If his dad company is like normal business company, that shouldn’t be any problem to take over it. But It’s a top PR agency. Wow !!

Since this is my first drama where I get to know Yeon Woo Jin and I’m skipping all the trailer before I watched this drama. So I have no idea about the cast. But I know a bit here and there from all Instagram video post. But since the boss is introvert person with cap and hoodie on every time, I can’t take a look properly on the face.

At the first thought, when I started this drama, he looks like Yeo Jin Goo. How come he grows old that fast ? Then on second thought, he looks like Taiwan idol group member – Xie Kun Da (谢坤达). I know I am little bit crazy on this and maybe no one agrees with it. But seriously, they really look alike for me. Especially every beginning of the episode, Yeon Woo Jin keep jumping. This thought keep going on the mind, every time I watched the episode beginning.

Hwan Gi, the horrible terrible CEO which scares everyone away from him. Rumors that he is killing people. Rumors that he never come out from the Penthouse. Rumors that he is an abusive boss that abuse his secretary until she died. RUMOURS COULD KILL SOMEONE. He’s just having problem interacts with stranger. He’s just introverted !!!!

From what I see, he actually having no problem interacts with someone he’s close to 3 years ago. But ever since that incidents, he seems like shut down himself from the outside. The purpose..? Is to protect everyone that he precious and that include his buddy - Il Woo.

He’s meticulous on details and. Well, perhaps compulsive disorder? He is  VERY CONSIDERATE too. Details that no one sees it and from the details he saw, he took actions before that. His first secretary - Ji Hye knows he doesn’t like the noisy environment. So she always take off her heels and walks to bare feet. He knew it and he bought a new pair of shoes to her. Even the new secretary - Kim Gyo Ri. He cooks a table of lunch for her, knowing her feeling so stressed because of him, looking like ghost. But kept thinking whether she will likes it.

And one more thing I likes, despite his character, he sees through his staffs. Just like how he sees through the best of Dang Yoo-Hee and Eom Sun-Bong. If both of them are not Silent Monster team, they will eventually got fired.

Dang Yoo-Hee thinks she no longer as competence anymore because she married and have kids. So she think she's just a mom, not a PR anymore. 

Eom Sun-Bong have those great ideas in mind, but without no one tends to listen to it. So he started no to say out his ideas.

Kang Woo Il is everything completely opposite from Hwan Gi. He’s attention grabber. He grabs everyone attention wherever he goes. He is sociable. He is handsome. And he got a lots of fans. Basically, he is everyone dream guy. Finished with the appearance part. 

I actually felt pity for Woo Il. The chairman sort of like adopted him 20 years ago to accompany Hwan Gi, even until now. When everyone thought such talented person is coming from rich family, but actually.... he's just an orphan adopted by rich family. He's like Hwan Gi puppet doll in Hwan Gi's family eyes.. He is doing everything that Hwan Gi can't do, from presentation to helping Hwan Gi's dad for the election. He's not even consider replacement for Hwan Gi, from my eyes.



No matter how, he's think Hwan Gi as his best friend that needs his help. They talked, they played with each other like buddies will do before that incidents. Il Woo precious their friendship depsite all the hardships and humiliation he have to endure.












As for his love life, because Yi Soo had a thing for him. She kept followed him since he adopted. But due to his situation as adopted orphan, he can't say a thing. Even he just treated Yi Soo as sister, not lover ; even he falls for Ji Hye. He can't do it. In later stage, Yi Soo even purposely got hit by car just to stop Il Woo from leaving. Even Hwan Gi calls him to stay his little sister to stop Yi Soo from harming herself. ( I know this might sounds a bit crazy, but I start to feel like Yi Soo might kill Ji Hye because Il Woo likes her )

I remember in one episode, Yi Soo says,

Our family didn't accept Il Woo as part of family, but keep on asking from him for more than family member could give.
