I’ve been addicted to few songs lately. Like I’m could replay it whole day. I know it’s a bit late to talk about this song. For me, I think it’s worth to give this song a highlight in my blog.

I had googled for the meaning behind for this song. Here it goes.

There is a simple explanation behind the huge popularity of “FEAR”. It is because the song has a catchy melody, meaningful and heart-touching lyrics that are written by SONG MIN HO himself, and features TAEYANG.

“FEAR” is about the hardships SONG MIN HO had to go through during the six years before his debut. In the beginning, SONG MIN HO was in the underground music scene. He tried to debut as a member of Block B but it didn’t work out. Before he joined WINNER, he was in a vocal group called B.O.M. Suchups and downs are well described in the lyrics of “FEAR,” and the song succeeded in striking a sympathetic chord. SONG MIN HO’s innermost feelings when he was doing “Show Me The Money 4” are also described in the lyrics. The honest expression of how he felt during the show made the song even more touching.

As the above said, the catchy melody; the meaningful and heart-touching lyrics makes this song so popular even Mino just sing it alone. But feat. With Taeyang lighten the whole song, as he always does. His voice match it so well with the rapper like Tablo - Tomorrow, Eyes, Nose, Lips.

I like the intro a lot, the melody and lyrics. Every time I heard the intro, I couldn’t click “skip” button. For sure, this song going to survive in my playlist for quite some time.
